Crew

Pilots you can trust with your aircraft

The crew is the most important safety decision an owner makes. We hire, train and review pilots the way an evaluator would.

  • Pilots matched to your aircraft type and your insurer's requirements
  • Initial and recurrent training at an approved simulator center
  • Your current crew kept on, if they meet the standard
  • Duty and rest planned into every trip
  • Reviews of how the crew actually flies, not only their paperwork

Every trip

Assessed before it flies

Most problems can be seen before departure. We look for them, and we would rather move a trip than push it.

What we check

  • A risk assessment before each trip
  • Weather, notices and airport review
  • Runway and performance for every airport
  • Crew duty and rest
  • International authorizations, such as A056, B036, C063 and D195, where your routes need them
  • Clear operational control on every flight
What you get

One person to call before and during every trip, who has already asked the hard questions.

Airworthiness

Records that stand up to a pre-buy

An aircraft is only as safe, and only as valuable, as its records. We keep them complete from the day we take over.

What we track

  • Inspections and components, by hours, cycles and calendar
  • Airworthiness directives, reviewed as they are issued
  • Equipment mandates such as FANS, CPDLC, ADS-B and LPV, checked against your routes
  • Shops chosen for your type, with work scopes agreed in advance
  • Logbook entries checked after every shop visit
  • Records ready for a buyer's review at any time
What you get

An airworthy aircraft today, and a stronger price when you sell.

Why it matters to owners

What an evaluator brings to management

Standards

As a CAE Training Center Evaluator, Micky checks pilots to FAA and EASA standards. He holds the operation of your aircraft to the same standards.

Type knowledge

He has evaluated pilots on the Falcon 2000, 900 and 2000EX EASy since 2015, and holds a G200 PIC type rating. He knows these aircraft from the flight deck.

Detail

A checkride is about details. So is a maintenance invoice. He reads both line by line.
